Responsibilities
Lead a team as a technical lead while contributing as an independent contributor
Interact with stakeholders and designers to finalize on backlog along with the Scrum master
Analyze the requirements and come up with a functional design for solutions
Do code reviews for Pull Requests (PRs) and mentor the team
Ensure compliance of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and provide regular reports as needed
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Required skills and qualifications
Experience: 5-8 Years
BTECH/BE or equivalent, or Master’s Degree
Expertise in designing and coding REACT applications with Experience in Java in Back-End (BE)
Experience with developing Software Development Kits (SDKs) for React-based applications/platforms
Node and JavaScript experience is nice to have
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in working with an Agile framework.
Experience in enterprise-grade Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
