Responsibilities
Understanding and preparation of Management reports like consolidated P&L, Balance sheet, and Cash flows statements
Maintaining complete end to end accounting system.
Head count & Compensation planning and reporting.
Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets, forecast and variance reports
Bank reconciliations and other Balance sheet related reconciliations
Capable of overseeing period-end finalization tasks autonomously
Required skills and qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter
2-4 years experience in a financial accounting and reporting position
