     1. Information Collected

Through the combination of both internal and third-party tracking code, as well as cookies, we track the following categories of information when a visitor enters the Site: (1) IP address, (2) domain servers, (3) type of computer used to access the Site, and (4) types of web browsers (collectively “Anonymous Data”). Such data does not collect information that identifies you as an individual. The Company uses Anonymous Data for general marketing purposes and to help enhance customer experience on the Site.

We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads on our behalf. These companies may employ cookies and action tags, also known as single pixel gifs or web beacons, to measure advertising effectiveness. Any information that these third parties collect via cookies and action tags is completely anonymous.

For you to access certain services that we offer through the Site, we may require you to provide us with information that can identify you as an individual (“Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII”). Personally Identifiable Information includes: (i)“Contact Data” (such as your first and last name, physical street address, city, state, zip code, phone number and email address), (ii) “Financial Data”(such as your credit card number, expiration date, and verification code), (iii) “Legal Data” (such as your social security number, mortgage information, and automobile information), and (iv) “Aggregate Information”(information that does not by itself identify a specific individual). We gather certain information about you based upon where you visit on our Site and what other sites may have directed you to us. This information, which is collected in a variety of different ways, is compiled and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis. This information may include the Website’s Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) that points to the site you just came from, which URL you go to after visiting our Site, what browser you are using, and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address.

Please note that Contact Data and Anonymous Data is used to gather general statistics regarding our customers and visitors, in order to enhance the consumer experience on the Site. We may also use demographic data in a manner that does not identify you specifically or allow you to be contacted but does identify certain criteria about our users in general. For example, we may inform third parties about the number of registered users, number of unique visitors, and the pages most frequently browsed.

We use your Contact Data to provide you with special information and promotions regarding our products, to contact a customer regarding an order, or to respond to a question or request. Any Financial Data gathered is used for the purposes of processing or completing the financial transaction for your order.

If you post information on any of our chat groups, message boards or forums, such information you provide may be available to other users of the Site and other Site visitors. You should use caution when deciding to disclose your personal information in these venues as we do not control who may participate. Our Privacy Policy does not cover actions by third parties.

Finally, we may use your PII to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our agreements with you, including our Site Terms of Use, and this Privacy Policy.

For example, we may use your IP address to diagnose problems with our servers, software, to administer our Site, and to gather demographic information. Our third-party advertising partners may also provide us with aggregate, but not individual, reports that will tell us how many ads were presented and clicked on at our Site.

We do provide some of our product and service offerings through contractual arrangements made with affiliates, service providers, partners and other third parties (“Service Partners”). We and our Service Partners may need to use some PII in order to perform tasks between our respective sites, or to deliver products or services to you. For example, we must release your credit card information to the card-issuing bank to confirm payment for products and services purchased on this Site; release your address information to the delivery service to deliver products that you ordered; and provide order information to third parties that help us provide customer service.

We will encourage our Service Partners to adopt and promote strong privacy policies. However, the use of your PII by our Service Partners is governed by the respective privacy policies of those providers and is not subject to our control. Except as otherwise discussed in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. In such cases, we will disclose PII upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.

We may also provide Aggregate Information about our customers’ sales, traffic patterns, and related Site information to third-party advertisers, but these statistics do not include any Personally Identifiable Information.
