Responsibilities
Partner with our customers on a day-to-day basis to ensure their success
Engage with customers' managers to actively identify and develop opportunities
Facilitate discussions between customers and Zemoso teams to explore opportunities
Hold joint responsibility for growth and expansion of customer accounts
Travel or relocate for short durations to client locations as needed
Required skills and qualifications
MBA or equivalent from Tier 1, and Tier 2 colleges
5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles like customer success, customer engagement, sales, etc., for mid-sized IT services companies
Ability to proactively strike up engaging conversations with mid- to top-level IT managers, executives, and business managers of multinational companies
Ability to work collaboratively across teams, and departments
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills, and ability to use data to drive decisions
Experience with different sales strategies, and sales playbooks
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize workload effectively
