Success Stories

In 2010, my career path took an unexpected detour. My husband and I decided to relocate to India after 10 years of living and working in the US. At that time, I was an IT professional in the finance industry in Manhattan, which I planned to quit. I wanted to be available for my family and enjoyed seeing my daughter settle in, taking her to play groups, school runs, swim lessons etc. I volunteered often. I wanted to keep busy. My break lasted for 5 years. One day, a friend told me about the Women Returners' Program at Zemoso. The feedback in my immediate circle of friends confirmed supported flexible working. I applied and the next thing I remembered was the overwhelming feeling of gratitude and excitement when I received the offer. My detour away from work was rewarding but I was ready to return to a career that challenged me, one where I can drive measurable success. I joined back as an L&D professional with Zemoso. Even as a "Seenager", I remain excited and enthusiastic about my future. The highlight of returning to work has been realizing that I can still do it! "Zariya" is a sincere endeavor from Zemoso to draw and create opportunities for enabling women back to work.

Nabanita Sinha, L&D Manager

"I was very impressed with the speed at which Zemoso operated, starting from our first conversational engagement to setting up a team and completing our Design exercise along with a proof of concept to visualize our complex datasets using interactive web technologies. We didn’t hesitate to continue with several development engagements where Zemoso provided a top-notch scrum team to work very closely with our internal teams, always delivering with the mindset of maximum satisfaction. Their understanding of the complexities of an evolving solution and ability to pivot with acute urgency makes them a solid software development partner for any start-up and business out there."

Success Stories

As a Comp Science graduate, I’ve spent most of my adult life in the US pursuing Masters and then working in different early to growth stage organizations in the Tri-state Area. When I moved back to India, I explored other non-IT careers that I was always interested in pursuing and after sometime, the tech world looked more alluring again, which landed me where I am now. Zemoso, is the first org that I worked in India and then I realized that all my fears of working in India couldn’t have been more wrong. Everyone here right from the founders, to managers, to architects couldn’t have been more welcoming. What stands out and sets Zemoso apart is the mentoring culture that helped me get over my technical career gap, the philosophy of investing in your personal growth which is encouraged at all tiers of the org, the open sharing of knowledge and practices to help you do your job better and easier. In my personal experience when carrying out PM responsibilities, I have seen the principle of commitment vs capability being put into practice and how anyone with a skill gap, but with the willingness to improve, have been upskilled and helped to contribute productively in a project. Love working in such a positive atmosphere and looking forward to growing along with Zemoso, to new heights.

Manu Gade, Product Manager

"I have worked with Zemoso on several projects and have been impressed by their speed, professionalism and quality. Unlike other offshore firms I have worked with, Zemoso has a strong user-centered design capability and helped with the initial brainstorming and design of a new product module, and then undertook the work of moving some of our existing applications onto a much more modern UX/Design system that they helped develop. Zemoso's design sprint process allowed us to get more done in two weeks than we had accomplished in the prior two months, helping to jump-start our delivery of a new module. After the new initial design sprint (which included Zemoso resources in our Boston office as well as offshore), the Zemoso team helped flesh out the solution and rapidly built key components using our existing tech stack and adapted to our agile timelines and processes, making the Zemoso team a peer scrum team to our internal teams. Their ability to deliver on time, on budget and with strong architectural and design resources differentiates them substantially from other outsourced dev. shops that I have worked with"

Evan Grossman - Chief Product Officer, CodaMetrix

Testimonials

“We had tons of meetings to create a new demo showcasing how the end users could engage with the platform. Lots of positive feedback from the customers regarding the UI. The highlight was when one customer called it ‘sexy’. The Zemoso team did a great job of bringing our ideas to life in a demo that we could showcase to our customers”

Mukund Srinivas - Co- founder and CPO, i2o Retail

Recognitions

"Zemoso has been an incredible collaborative partner in helping translate our ideas into market-ready products. The leveraging of continuous design throughout the development lifecycle is invaluable in incorporating user centricity into every phase of the life cycle"
